What types of events is this best for?

Lemont Golf is designed for corporate events, brand activations, weddings, and elevated private gatherings. We're best suited for events where guest interaction, atmosphere, and thoughtful design are priorities.


How much space do we need?

We typically need a minimum of 15' x 15' with at least 11' of ceiling height, a flat surface, and access to standard power. Spaces with controlled lighting create the most visually impactful experience, but we adapt to a range of environments.


What does pricing look like?

Experiences start at $1,500 for a 3-hour minimum. Each event is fully managed and tailored to your space, guest count, and overall flow. Additional time and enhancements — including custom branding, lighting, and digital leaderboards — are available as add-ons.


Is everything handled on-site?

Yes. Every Lemont Golf experience includes full setup, on-site operation, and breakdown. We manage the experience from start to finish, allowing you to focus on your event.


Do guests need prior golf experience?

Not at all. The experience is designed to be approachable for first-time players and engaging for experienced golfers. Our team guides gameplay in a way that keeps it fun and easy to participate in.


How far in advance should we book?

We recommend booking at least 2-4 weeks in advance, with additional lead time for larger or more customized events. Peak dates — particularly weekends and corporate event seasons — tend to book quickly.


Do you serve areas outside Nashville?

Our primary area is Nashville and Middle Tennessee. We're available for events throughout the region — reach out with your date and location and we'll confirm availability.
